I knew that it was time to do something for myself. As a stay-at-home mom, you are constantly giving of yourself to your kids and your spouse. I wanted to do something for myself that would also be beneficial for my whole family. The childcare rates are so reasonable and my kids love to go there! I know they're being taken care of and I can concentrate on myself for an hour. I am also enrolled in The Next Biggest Loser and love it. Being part of that group motivates you to keep coming back. Amber has been my trainer and she has gone the extra mile to make sure that we get the results we want to see. She has made our workouts fun. Keep up the good work! --- Kerri Simpson

I joined the club to lose some weight and get more fit in my “silver years”. I keep going back because of the overall friendliness of the front desk, the helpfulness of Emily in the classes, and I am stronger! The make me feel welcome and glad I came in.
