Denise Davis, Personal Trainer Denise is certified through NESTA and specializes in total body conditioning using a hybrid workout tailored to each individual’s needs. She is certified in Mat Pilates and Sport Yoga and is also a Silver Sneakers instructor. Lindy Baird, Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer Lindy is an AFAA certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Lifestyle Coach. She has also earned certifications in Kickboxing and Yoga. Her goal is to help individuals reach their desired body weight and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. She believes that exercise can be enjoyable for anyone. If her free time, she likes to run and train for 5Ks, mini-marathons, and most recently sprint triathlons.

Krista Kobel, Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer Krista has a bachelor’s degree in dietetics, and has been a top fitness instructor at Athena for several years. She has earned certifications in Group Fitness, YogaFit, and Personal Training. She has also completed workshops in Kickboxing and Spinning. She finds helping clients with both exercise and nutrition very rewarding and couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Her hobbies include running, watching her kids play sports, and cooking.
